Process

The client proposes the demand for translation, including the document genre, language to use, word count, time of delivery, etc.

We will give an initial quotation based on the document's complexity, language specifics, and time and manpower required. This is followed by discussion and negotiation to ensure a thorough mutual understanding of the needs. The quotation and service scheme can then be decided after adjustment and mutual agreement so that the clients receive the most efficient and satisfactory services.

Translation work is assigned to professional translator(s) with relevant backgrounds and high proficiency in the target language, to ensure the correct content and adequate style of expression. The translator is required to review the draft to minimize possible errors and ensure consistency of word choice and writing style.

We employ a pioneering "Multilayer Translation Verification" system. First, the translator him/herself conducts a review to ensure basic accuracy and consistency of word choice. Then, a reviewer, also a professional translator, conducts an independent review and proofreading to add modifications on the wording, syntax, spelling, and mechanics. Finally, a native speaker of the target language performs refinement of the text to ensure the translation reaches the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and elegance, to the satisfaction of our clients and also their readers.

The final translation result is delivered to the clients on time as agreed upon. Regardless of the volume or complexity of the case, we make every effort to ensure timely completion and delivery of the translation tasks to meet clients' needs and expectations.
